Schwinn gave each builder a 2009 Transit electric bicycle to start with.
![]() I wonder what a 20" wheel would look like
![]() I decided a wider fat tire would look better. So I switched form a 700c x32 tire to a 26"x2.35

![]() Since I was changing the rim size the original brake mounts were removed
and then new ones welded in the new location
![]() I painted the front hub like Pee-wee's first bike hub
![]() I stripped the frame to bare metal and then powdercoated

![]() Tank is now finished. I welded on the mounts for the 3 speed tank shifter
![]() I had recut the spokes and laced on the 20" rim
